Cub Scotts Pack 51 at Christ Lutheran

Cub Scouts Pack 51 is 'Rounding Up' all boys 1st through 6th grade for an exciting year of activities.  On Monday, August 25th from 6: to 7:30 pm. the Pack will meet at Christ Lutheran Church, home of Yuma Lutheran School, 2555 Engler Avenue. to begin the activity filled year.  Contact the Boy Scouts of America at 782-1896 to learn more.

Historical Society on Madora Ingalls

On Monday, August 25th, Yuma Historical Society librarian Carol Brooks will present the life of Madora Ingalls, the wife of a Yuma Territorial Prison superintendent, who opened the first library in Yuma.  The presentation will be held at 7: pm at the newly renovated Heritage Branch Library, 350 Third Avenue.
