Online Job Searching Workshop

Jeff Bowman, Foothills Library Manager, and Michael Shelton, Yuma Director of Arizona Linkages, will conduct a one-hour workshop about online job searching at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 22nd at the Foothills Library, 13226 E. South Frontage Road.  The workshop will cover how to open an account on popular job searching websites, how to post a resume, and provide information on navigating other employment related websites.  There is no charge to attend.  For more information, please contact Jeff Bowman at (928) 373-6509.

Jump Up for St. Judes

Jump Up for St. Judes is a parents night out.  Children ages 6-12 can be dropped off on Friday, May 22nd from 5:30 p.m. -8:30 p.m.  They can enjoy open gym, snacks and beverages, along with a movie at Jump Up Trampoline and Tumbling, 2081 Kennedy Lane.  Parents can enjoy an evening to themselves.  Cost is $15.00 non-members and $10.00 members.  50% of proceeds will go toward St. Judes Children's Hospital.  For more information visit www.eventsinyuma.com
