Back 2 School Immunization Clinics

Yuma County Public Health District will be offering "Back 2 School Immunization Clinics" starting on Thursday,July 2nd.  These clinics are only available on Mondays and Thursdays at the Health Department Auditorium (west entrance), 2200 W. 28th St. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  You must provide proof of residency, be accompanied by a parent, shot record or a copy, $10.00 per child cash only, and AHCCCS card or current letter of approval if patient is on AHCCCS.  For more information call 317-4559.
