Mobile On-site Mammography is dedicated to providing quality service with a professional staff and using the latest in digital mammography technology for your safety and comfort.  MOM will be at Fernando Padilla Community Center, 800 Juan Sanchez Boulevard San Luis AZ, on July 23 and Western Village Center, 1444 S. 4th Ave Yuma AZ, on July 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  To make your appointment and verify insurance, please call (480) 967-3767 or 1-800-285-0272 and have your insurance card available.  Non-insured patients: $167.00.  It is the patients responsibility to consult their individual plan for coverage and limitations.  Patients under age 35 must provide a Dr.'s referral.
