Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser Breakfast

All you can eat Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser Breakfast to support "Princesa" (Princess Event) for Centro Cristian Agua Viva on Saturday, September 5th from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Applebee's, 3101 S. 4th Ave.  Tickets for adults are $6, kids $4.  There will also be a carwash on site.  For more information contact Edmma Alvarez at 446-6932.

Yuma Potpourri Artists

The "Yuma Potpourri Artists" group is a unique collection of artists, artisans, craftsmen and craftswomen.  By hosting local art and craft shows, we offer talented individuals the opportunity to display and sell their products.  These events are open to anyone wishing to display, regardless of membership.  Three day show prices start as low as $25 per table or $45 for a booth.  All funds go to the Yuma County Library.  For further information contact Hunter at 345-0242 or visit www.yumapotpurriartists.org

Homework Help

Need help with those back to school assignments?  Beginning Saturday, September 5th Homework Help will be available Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the craft room at the Main Library for students K-12 on a first come, first serve basis.  The Main Library is located at 2951 S 21st Drive.  If you require special accommodations, contact the Library at 782-1871 at least 72 hours before the program.
