Community Calendar

Beginning Friday, October 11th at 4 pm the Yuma County Library District in collaboration with the Yuma County Cooperative Extension will host a "Healthy Living Series" at the Main Library. Workshops are on Fridays and include nutrition, our relationships with food, healthy eating habits and how other aspects of our daily lives can impact our food choices.   Oct 11 : Healthy Eating Habits,  Oct 18: Physical Activity for good health  Oct 25:  Tracking your Health    Nov 1:  Sleep for good health   Nov 8:  Stress, Emotions, and eating. The Main Library is located at 2951 S 21st Drive, Yuma.  All workshops will be held in Meeting Room C.  There is no charge to attend; however; space is limited and registration is required.  Please call the Cooperative Extension Office at 928-726-3904 to register.
