AWC CULINARY ARTS SERVES FORMAL DINNERSEvents

The AWC Culinary Arts Program presents their formal dinner offerings that include an appetizer, soup, or salad, a main dish,with sides and dessert The students in the program create the menus and serve the meals. The proceeds go to the students and their program necessities.  The first dinner is Thursday, Feb 22 from 6 pm - 8 pm in the Learning Resources (LR) Building Room, LR109 at AWC, Yuma Main Campus (Except for Finals Buffet which will be in the south wing of The Schoening Conference Center.  Additional dinners will be offered every two weeks, on Thursday nights. Each has a different menu.Feb 22  Grilled Salmon  $35,  March 8, Beef Tenderloin   $35,  March 22, Seared Duck Breast  $35, April 19,  Rack Of Lamb  $35, May 3,  Lobster Boil  $55, May 10  Student Buffet   $25. Tickets cost $20 - $55 per person . Season Tickets are available for $200 (all 7  events) Tickets may be purchased in advance through the AWC Business Office on Main Campus.
